Anyway, I had to pull myself away from the playroom tonight, before I skip sleep altogether. But, speaking of obsessions, I've broadened my horizons, and I've found a kitchen (other than white) that is pretty much obsession-worthy. It's very different, and the giant white space above the stove needs to continue the black cupboards (IMO), but obsession-worthy regardless, dontcha think?

ReplyDeleteThat is definitely a kitchen to obsess over. And once you're done organizing your house, can you come do mine? I still have little baby toys that are useless. You're definitely right about getting the kids involved in that stuff...everything becomes their favorite toy when it's time to purge. Maybe you could convince her that a certain number of toys need to be donated (and therefore need to be in good condition)? That might help spur a little bit of letting go.....
