One More Place to Decorate

I love these pictures. Of course, the first one is my favorite. I've never seen such a thing! The stairs are often just looked over, but talk about making a statement! I most likely would not carpet my stairs, because I have bad memories of having to vacuum the stairs as a little girl. I hated that chore!

    Really? So what you're saying is that your sweet mother's persistant and effective effort to keep her house(and or stairs)clean has made a positive impact on your design style....awesome
