Purple and green. It sounds a little scary at first, but look how beautiful these spaces are! I've always loved the colors for a little girl's room, but look how sophisticated it looks in this entry from Apartment Therapy. I guess we're not really talking about a true purple and a true green, because that could be a little much. It's really a chartreuse and plum; pear and lilac; and sage and lavender. How did I do? Let me guess, that's EXACTLY what you were thinking. Good. Glad we're on the same page.
Purple and green were my wedding colors! I LOVE them, and my daughter has that bedroom set from Pottery Barn kids! I love that entry way but have no where in my house I could do that. :(
Hi there; I found you through Spray Painters Anon today; a color combo/trio I have found I love is: lavendar (pale; soft) with sage green and dark purple accents (sparingly); in the guest bath. This combo appeared in sage green towels with very pretty appliques I found to match the lavendar and have dark purple accents. I also found a lovely framed print that has the exact colors I hung on the wall. I plan to read all your posts. I "love" spray paint; don't get me started :)
Thank you for your comments, it makes my day! If you have a question, I will answer it in the comments section as soon as I can. You can also email me at jamiejjoyal@gmail.com.
I'm currently adding green and plum accents to my great room. I love the combination, glad to see I'm not the only one.
