I am LOVING all of the gold glitter I am seeing on Pinterest. I know. It was most likely because of the holidays, but quite frankly, do we really need a reason to use excessive amounts of glitter? I think not. Plus with the absence of Christmas decor, my place could use a happy little pick-me-up. Apparently, you can just mix it with Mod Podge and paint it right on. That, my friends, sounds like a great idea.

Love these images! That first picture with the hangers is amazing.
ReplyDeleteA girl after my own heart...I love sparkles...and I love the sparkles on the clothes hangers-so sweet! Come share at Loves on a Thursday if you like :D
ReplyDeleteI actually am not a fan of the mess glitter makes, but I, too, just discovered putting mod podge on it and voila...I love it now. My son recently just found the worlds largest tree leaf and I let him paint it and add glitter to it, then we modge podged it and it is hanging in his room. No more glitter fear over here!!!
ReplyDeleteLove the glitter projects..... might have to add one to my "to-do" list!
ReplyDeleteThere is something about glitter that makes the little girl inside of me giddy. I wonder what my husband would think of glittered bedroom walls... ;) Perhaps I should stick to these cute little projects.
ReplyDeleteOh so pretty!!!
